The Workflow

From Raw Model To A Print You Can Trust

Four simple steps stand between an idea and a part that comes off the plate exactly the way you planned.

STEP 01

Upload Your Model

Bring in your file, choose your printer and material, and let Printability AI know a little about the build you have in mind.

STEP 02

Automated Analysis

In a few guided minutes, the engine reviews geometry, orientation, supports and settings the way an experienced engineer would.

STEP 03

Review Score And Risk Map

See a clear print score, a visual risk map of your model, and ranked suggestions for improving the build before it starts.

STEP 04

Print And Monitor

Send the build to your printer and let Printability AI watch progress, flagging anything that drifts from the plan in real time.

Why It Matters

A Few Minutes Of Review Can Save Hours On The Floor

Most failed prints trace back to a handful of avoidable causes, a wall that is too thin, a support that was never going to hold, an orientation that invites warping. Catching these issues before the first layer means fewer aborted builds, less wasted material and more predictable schedules for your whole team.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A few of the questions we hear most often from engineers and manufacturers.

What file formats does Printability AI support?
We are building support for the file formats most common in additive manufacturing, including STL and OBJ, with more formats planned as development continues.
Which 3D printing processes does it work with?
Printability AI is being trained across FDM, resin based processes such as SLA and DLP, and powder bed processes including SLS and metal.
Is Printability AI available today?
Printability AI is currently in active development. We are working with a small group of early partners to test and refine the platform ahead of a wider release.
How is Printability AI different from my slicer?
A slicer prepares a model for printing. Printability AI evaluates whether that model and those settings are likely to succeed before you commit time and material, then keeps watching once the print begins.
Can my team get early access?
Yes. We are inviting engineers and manufacturers to join us as early partners and help shape the product. Reach out through our contact page to learn more.
How can I get involved or invest?
We welcome conversations with manufacturers, engineers and investors who share our vision for reliable additive manufacturing. Visit our contact page to start the conversation.
